We're seeking a skilled Sr. Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of electronic circuits. You'll be a vital member of our team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop cutting-edge power electronic assemblies.

What You'll Do:

• Translate requirements into actionable circuit designs.
• Analyze circuits and create comprehensive reports.
• Design and execute test plans, meticulously documenting results.
• Integrate and test hardware and software, ensuring functionality.
• Design circuitry for various voltage environments.
• Utilize CAN bus and other communication protocols.
• Implement thermal management strategies for diverse conditions.
• Utilize Altium (and other relevant software) for layouts, adhering to standards.
• Perform minor software debugging and diagnostics.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Electronics.
• 7+ years of experience designing electronic circuit boards and validation processes.
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuitry design.
• Experience with Altium and PCB layout.
• Prior experience in Aerospace and Aircraft applications (highly desirable).
• Solid understanding of power electronics, including BLDC and induction motors.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot electronics hardware and software.
• Knowledge of programming languages and modeling tools a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
