Senior eCommerce Marketing Manager
Don't miss this rare opportunity to run your own eShop for the leading Philips Hue Brand. We're looking for a Senior eCommerce Marketing Manager who'll be responsible for end-to-end shop ownership of Meethue.com, which is our Direct to Consumer (DTC) site for the IoT Smart Home Market.
You'll be part of the US Signify consumer Marketing Team and its responsibilities are at the heart of driving digital sales and connection, so building consumer stories digitally must be in your DNA. What you'll do
Own the Meethue.com shop from end-to-end and be responsible for hitting aggressive targets.
Manage the D2C marketplace locally and work with the Global Meethue Team on strategy.
Own the forecasting, demand planning and sales quota for the shop.
Drive the digital shop (A/B testing, create bundles and promotions, drive traffic/conversions, etc.).
Build and manage the affiliate/partnership programs and shape additional revenue streams.
Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders in Channel Marketing, Product Marketing MarCom, Analytics & Sales to identify content needs to create a best-in-class product presence online.
Collect product data and content from team members in other functions and locations as well as assisting in the development of new best in class content.
Become the go-to resource for online product content sourced from Channel Marketing, Product Marketing and Account Teams.
Monitor online retail in smart home lighting and other consumer electronic product categories for insights on competitive activity, emerging opportunities, and best-in-class approaches
What you'll need
Minimum of a BA/BS and MBA preferred.
7+ years of experience, ideally in a matrix organization, with a Digital Marketing or eCommerce focus.
Ideally 3+ years of experience with direct shop management and P&L responsibility. (Owning a full shop or group of shops directly, not third-party e-tailers.)
Solid working knowledge of search best practices and Adobe Analytics.
Well-versed in the latest digital marketing trends with a passion for emerging technologies.
Entrepreneurial growth mindset a major plus!
