Don't miss this rare opportunity to run your own eShop for the leading Philips Hue Brand. We're looking for a Senior eCommerce Marketing Manager who'll be responsible for end-to-end shop ownership of, which is our Direct to Consumer (DTC) site for the IoT Smart Home Market.

You'll be part of the US Signify consumer Marketing Team and its responsibilities are at the heart of driving digital sales and connection, so building consumer stories digitally must be in your DNA. What you'll do

  • Own the shop from end-to-end and be responsible for hitting aggressive targets.

  • Manage the D2C marketplace locally and work with the Global Meethue Team on strategy.

  • Own the forecasting, demand planning and sales quota for the shop.

  • Drive the digital shop (A/B testing, create bundles and promotions, drive traffic/conversions, etc.).

  • Build and manage the affiliate/partnership programs and shape additional revenue streams.

  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders in Channel Marketing, Product Marketing MarCom, Analytics & Sales to identify content needs to create a best-in-class product presence online.

  • Collect product data and content from team members in other functions and locations as well as assisting in the development of new best in class content.

  • Become the go-to resource for online product content sourced from Channel Marketing, Product Marketing and Account Teams.

  • Monitor online retail in smart home lighting and other consumer electronic product categories for insights on competitive activity, emerging opportunities, and best-in-class approaches

What you'll need

  • Minimum of a BA/BS and MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience, ideally in a matrix organization, with a Digital Marketing or eCommerce focus.

  • Ideally 3+ years of experience with direct shop management and P&L responsibility. (Owning a full shop or group of shops directly, not third-party e-tailers.)

  • Solid working knowledge of search best practices and Adobe Analytics.

  • Well-versed in the latest digital marketing trends with a passion for emerging technologies.

  • Entrepreneurial growth mindset a major plus!

The Position The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and analyzing the marketing department's strategic objectives across Guest Worldwide and each of its divisions: primarily Guest Supply yet working as an as as needed partner to Gilchrist & Soames and Manchester Mills marketing team needs by implementing processes to ensure timelines, increase profit growth, develop competitive advantages, reduce expenses and detect and capitalize on opportunities available in the marketplace. This position will lead the overall development of proactive executional procedures and workflows to manage strategic marketing projects and initiatives to completion, ensuring clear internal and external communications, and the delivery of targeted objectives. Fundamental objective of this role is to increase sales grow of companies customer base using CRM systems. Key functions of this role would include using of CRM systems for the development and management of efficient marketing processes, creative briefing and development of marketing collateral to align with cross functional teams, securing timelines, reducing delays, closing communications gaps, maintaining budgets and production requirements, aggregating content messaging and imagery assets, producing effectiveness reports pre- & post-campaign for projects. Responsibilities * Manage marketing requests, utilizing financial data, industry research and analytics to make strategic decisions that will help meet stakeholder's ROI, budgets and goals. Provide expert knowledge and input on the development and management of marketing campaigns that includes; strategy development, briefing creative teams, managing creative development, communicating with stakeholders, securing approvals, and driving marketing best * Develop proactive project planning methods and review cycles for stakeholders that focus on identifying tasks, setting deadlines and procedures to reduce delays and cost. * Work with key stakeholders across business unites to help articulate strategic visions, ideas and a roadmap of marketing strategies.
