We are searching for a SeniorEcommerce Manager for our Home Service marketing team in Bloomington, MN. We need someone who is passionate about digital customer experience and driving growth in the digital channels. In this role you will provide leadership and strategic definition for projects that support our digital and multi-channel roadmaps. This is a leadership role where you'll work with a cross-functional team of marketers, third party digital design team, IT and more.
Digital Product Management
Digital Projects and Optimization Provide strategic definition and business oversight for projects and discretionary efforts that enhance our Schwans.com and Mobile App experience. Ensure successful completion of prioritized work and delivery of expected business benefits.
Develop understanding of current Schwan's home delivery online and mobile app business capabilities and current state digital experience.
Data guided decision making - identify digital experience improvement needs using customer, web, and industry data. Comfortable pulling and analyzing information from various sources including Adobe Analytics, Foresee, etc. Advocate for highest impact needs, develop business case, and provide inputs for ROI.
Provide cross-functional business direction (Project Owner) for digital projects, enhancements, and defect resolutions supporting our multi-channel and digital roadmaps.
Collaborate, remove barriers, and ensure effective communication with Agile team partners, stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Closely partner with third party digital design team, IT, Marketing, and broader Schwan's Home Service partners ensuring projects remain on track and teams are properly prepared for changes. Partner in the development of plans and ensure measurements are in place. Participate in Agile team ceremonies.
Lead process improvement efforts involving planning, tools, and workflow; will work in multiple tools and help evaluate use of Basecamp, Jira, In Vision, SharePoint, etc.
Primary business contact for digital optimization requests (intake) and concerns.
Primary contact for various digital vendor relationships and agreements. Builds relationships and holds vendors accountable for performance. Maximizes vendor business value. Ensures strong communication, clear expectations, and leads recommendations for improvement.
Key involvement in vendor evaluations and selections, contract negotiation, and ongoing invoicing/payments.
Digital Growth, Strategy & Leadership
Leads cross-functional discussions and plans to achieve digital business objectives.
Monitors trends and engages proactively on needs to deliver digital growth and customer experience goals.
Key role in digital experience prioritization, roadmap exercises, and setting sprint priorities; maintains an up to date view of current and future efforts helping ensure organizational awareness and alignment.
Involved in planning processes including yearly budgets and managing to available funds.
Manages Talent attract and retains talent, coaches and develops, conducts performance management duties
Maximizes relationships and builds trust with multiple cross-functional partners; builds teams and culture; embraces and models "How we work"
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred
Years of Experience: 8+ years experience in eCommerce optimization, digital product management, digital marketing, or related field
Proven leadership skills including talent management
Organizational savvy and leadership skills to navigate multiple businesses, their teams and their leaders
Knowledge of digital business capabilities, processes and tools to drive an optimized digital customer experience
Experience and proven results with data-driven decision making; ability to run and analyze various reports and draw conclusions/ recommendations
Excellent communication skills; experience and comfort presenting to leadership
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Experience/aptitude to learn Agile product development process
Experience/aptitude to learn various reporting, insights, and testing tools
Maintains an understanding of digital experience and marketing trends and best practices. Attends training and workshops as requested to stay abreast of the ever-evolving digital space.
