The

Domain Technical Lead Instructor for Tactical Transmission utilizes

knowledge, skills, and experience to coordinate and evaluate all applications

and end-user training.

  • Identifying training needs,

developing curriculum and job aids that will help staff be more efficient and

productive while standardizing procedures.

  • Coordinates with domain leads and subject matter experts (SME) in

developing instructional materials in all areas of information technology

systems.

  • Participates in the design and delivery of training/orientation

programs for respective solution(s) and upgraded functionality.

  • Coordinates

all SME Trainers and other staff in the creation, maintenance, and delivery

of training materials and services with a focus on domain training content

development and delivery to the customer.

Qualifications

  • Requires Bachelor's degree (in Training/Development or related field)

  • Must have fourteen years of related experience

  • Must have a CISSP Certification

Additional Qualifications Twenty years of related experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree

Masters Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred Degrees Equivalent Experience/Education

Bachelor's Degree

12-15 years w/Bachelors Degree

This is a performance based organization where all calls are recorded, monitored, and reviewed on a daily basis. You will be responsible for support of Computers and Operating Systems, tablets, MP3 players and other technical devices.
