Overview: Manage change control in the Product Catalog system and help drive best documentation and architecture practices into the company. Provides timely, professional, and accurate document management. Swiftly responds to special project demands and expedites processes when necessary. Coordinates change control implementation across multiple departments to ensure product catalogs are up-to-date and accurate.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with various departments, such as marketing, product management, sales and information technology (IT), to ensure that product catalogs address both the business's needs and those of its customers.

• Setup and train internal customers on the use of the product catalog system

• Document product data and release them into the product catalog system in a timely manner

• Manage product catalog aspects of corporate system integration projects (e.g. SalesForce)

• Review existing documentation and part structuring for correctness and completeness

• Facilitate updates to the product catalog system

• Support sales document control initiatives when necessary

• Identify bottlenecks in approval process and work to eliminate them

• Create management reports using the software's reporting module

Experience:

• Five plus years' experience working in document control, operations logistics, or quality assurance roles

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word at the inter
