District Leaders oversee a business portfolio of Center Directors, providing them with the tools they need to succeed. This critical leadership position drives the quality and consistency our families experience in our centers across their district to maximize customer acquisition and retention. This is a multi-unit field leadership role, responsible for 10-15 centers and more than $10M in revenue.

As a District Leader you will:

  • Recruit, develop, motivate, and engage a highly talented team of Center Directors and teaching staff.

  • Drive consistent focus on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence throughout your district.

  • Nurture customer relationships throughout the market while driving and supporting sound business decisions with children and families in mind.

  • Manage a business portfolio, identify sales opportunities, and drive business decisions to maximize revenue, customer retention and acquisition.


  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader

  • Ability to identify, develop, retain and engage a high-performing team

  • Strong business acumen; ability to drive financial results and identify sales opportunities

  • Leadership experience in a customer and talent focused environment

  • A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day

Job Summary We are seeking a growth mindedDistrict Managerwho will provide overall vision, planning, direction, control to assigned facilities within the region, and exceed operating and financial goals. The District Manager will provide guidance and motivation to managers and other staff. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor overall financial performance of accounts to ensure profitability * Manage planning, budget analysis and reporting for district * Ensure adherence to company's food quality and merchandising standards, and proper management and maintenance of company resources and assets * Perform operational audits of district units and design improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity * Monitor and ensure development of realistic and accurate forecasts at unit level and develop realistic and accurate District forecasts * Lead development of overall business planning as well as selling new businesses and growing existing business * Manage team members in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer service * Lead and direct overall operations of multiple facilities in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and company policies * Develop team members through appropriate training, coaching and mentoring to ensure strong operational performance Preferred Qualifications: * Minimum 6 years management experience in a multi-unit role and/or training at District Manager level * Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management or Certified Dietetic Manager program is highly desirable * The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment that offers unlimited growth opportunities and rewards achievement * ServSafe certified and HAACP knowledge * Ability to review and make decisions based on financial analysis * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite as well as Web-Based Applications * Ability to mentor and develop talent, creating a culture of award-winning success * Must have excellent communication skills – at all levels * 5+ years' experience managing and developing client relationships * Strong negotiating skills * Possess a Positive Can-Do-Attitude Apply to Eurest today!
