The Director, R&D is able to manage across product lines. S/he should have professional qualifications with extensive work experience and advanced people management/ interpersonal skills. This is a leadership position, with high accountability, responsible for identifying its function's linkages across the organization and developing appropriate processes and road maps for the function. S/he should be an expert in Product Engineering with in-depth knowledge of multiple products and able to evaluate, choose and implement processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 16 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 13 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 10 years' experience; or equivalent experience. Typical range of experience is 16-19 years

  • Must possess solid leadership qualities with proven business results

  • Excellent Collaborative, Team Building, Relationship skills

  • Strategic and Thought Leadership, Problem Solving, Decision Making skills

Your Focus You will be responsible for leading the PCI DSS security compliance program. The main purpose of this role is to ensure certification annually for PCI DSS environments. You will report directly to the Security Programs Vice President. You will interact with partners from multiple business units globally. This position is an individual advisor role. As a member of the Security Programs team, you will also have opportunities to contribute to other security initiatives and gain exposure to additional security functions within the group. Your Daily Responsibilities: * Develop PCI DSS continuing compliance strategy for the United States. * Lead enterprise-level security audits for the PCI DSS framework. * Build and Improve the PCI DSS compliance security program. * Maintain and expand PCI DSS certification & accreditation processes per business and customer requirements. * Advise client account management and teams throughout the company on program adherence and maintenance. * Coordinate with SMEs across the company to ensure adherence to program requirements. * Communicate and enforce PCI DSS requirements * 15% to 20% Travel Required Qualifications that Make You a Phenomenal Fit: * Devout understanding of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), * Strong relationship building skills. * Strong sense of integrity * Ability to communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. * Excellent written and verbal English communications. * Experience with managing complex security compliance programs. * Excellent organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills. * Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion. * Bachelor's degree in related field. * Minimum 5 years managing PCI DSS compliance. * Minimum 10 years relevant experience. * Preferred: Prior experience as a PCI QSA.
