The Total Rewards Senior Director & Business Partner provides subject matter expertise on all aspects of reward to one of our global businesses and is also the reward leader for the Americas region (North & South America).
What will you be doing?
As a trusted partner this position will work closely with HR and business leadership to provide technical expertise, reward insights, and will consult and commercialize the execution of the reward and benefits strategy within the global business it supports and across a designated geographic region.
This position is an individual contributor role that is a combination of technical expertise, operational delivery and leading through consulting and influencing. It reports to the SVP & Head of Global Total Rewards and will work closely with the HR leadership in the business it supports.
Responsibilities:
Scope:
Responsibility for all reward partnering to at least one global business.
Responsibility for all reward and benefit programs across a designated region.
Leadership:
Acts as an internal subject matter authority on all aspects of reward.
Develop effective working relationships which enable collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Handle the relationship with third party vendors holding regular service management meetings to ensure that they meet agreed performance KPIs/SLAs.
What will you need to be successful?
Previous experience as a reward business partner and in crafting, delivering, and leading effective reward programs.
A strong technical knowledge of compensation, incentives, and benefits.
Ability to work at pace and prioritise workload to changing business needs with a consistent track record in driving high performance and continuous improvement.
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to use logic and data to influence decision making.
Experience in building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
