The Sr. Director of Systems and Tools is responsible for the leadership related to the deployment and support of systems and tools utilized by the organization. This includes Salesforce, CSG, ICOMS, Siebel CRM, Oracle OSM/BRM, and other related systems. In this role you will contribute to the development of the relevant systems and processes supporting strategic and nonstrategic activities, and oversees a team responsible for the implementation of special projects related to these systems. The person in this position also advises and partners with the business and supporting organizations, including IT and various external vendors, in order to ensure the success of these projects with a strong focus on the end user experience.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Serves as the interface between the Spectrum Enterprise business and IT organizations
Possesses knowledge and experience in managing highly complex and customized OSS and BSS environments
Leads and directs the Systems & Tools team, which supports the continuous improvement and processing of Enterprise customer sales and orders.
Drives support of standardizing business operations within utilized systems and tools, including the application of Master Data Management principles, data cleansing, and the implementation of strong data governance across those systems and tools.
Directs team resources through all phases of the SDLC, identifies new technologies and develops, fosters and adopts innovative solutions in support of business requirements.
Influences direction related to system and tool enhancements across the OSS/BSS stacks. Directly manages the deployment and support of out-of-the-box systems configuration and maintenance changes.
Advises and provides counsel to executives and management on the current systems ecosystem, as well as the future roadmap.
Provides overall management and day-to-day operational support for end users
Influences workflow development and definitions related to CRM and Billing Systems.
Deploys complex operational reports/dashboards/applications, and should have both the technical and managerial experience required.
Sets billing system and software strategies that will support efficiency, growth and expansion of the business
Implements company policy, methodologies, procedures and practices at each location.
Cultivates future leaders in the Systems functional discipline by providing development opportunities and career path planning
Makes, or reviews others, selection, disciplinary, termination, and compensation decisions.

Strong leadership, organizational development, and business skills

Must have extremely strong verbal and written communications skills, strong computer (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, etc) as well as presentation and customer facing experience.
Related Work Experience
7 or more years of senior leadership experience required
10 or more years of relevant work experience
Extensive Oracle/Siebel, Salesforce.com, CSG and/or ICOMS experience
Strong Project Management/Implementation skills
Extensive Cable or Telecom industry sales and/or operations experience
