Senior Director
The Senior Director of Supply Chain plans, organizes, staffs, and directs the system-wide supply chain operations at TidalHealth and is responsible for the Purchasing, Central Storeroom, Contracting, Value Analysis, Operating Room, and Catherization/EP Lab Materials departments. This position leads continuous process improvement and strategic sourcing initiatives to enhance supplier partnerships, increases operational efficiencies, and lowers overall costs. The Senior Director of Supply Chain recommends and supports goals and objectives that are consistent with the TidalHealth mission statement. This role delivers exceptional quality and service to all staff and patients.
Senior Director
Education:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university is required.
Master's degree is preferred.
Six Sigma, Lean, Green/Black Belt Certified is preferred.
Experience:
Five (5) years experience in a hospital or health care supply chain or materials management role is required
Experience with enterprise level ERP systems is required.
Senior Director
At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
