Sr Director, SLF Segment GTM Lead
The Sr. Director, Small Law Firm (SLF) Segment GTM Lead is responsible for delivering on our retention, upsell/cross-sell and new sales targets through the creation and execution of the segment's business and commercial strategies. To do so, the successful candidate will manage Small Law Firm retention, pricing, and channel enablement teams, while working in close partnership with the SLF digital team, sales channels, marketing, among others.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Achieve Small Law retention, upsell/cross-sell, and new sales targets
Lead commercial design for all channels (price, product, message), including digital
Drive a consistent E2E customer touchpoint model for Small Law 1-10 firms, continually acting upon improvement opportunities
Shape and guide sales pilots and customer betas
Develop pricing strategies and manage pricing exceptions, driving rigor and consistency
Develop commercial and customer programs, along with promotional treatments, to stimulate sales and manage renewals / retention
Demonstrate agility by using customer and financial insights to act on risk / opportunity indicators
Develop and drive a performance culture across the team
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of strategic marketing, product management or similar experience
5+ years of pricing and/or retention experience
Conscientious in the formulation of early warning / opportunity indicators, addressing business risk and opportunity in a proactive, agile way
Proven ability to drive multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Evidence of ability to influence in a matrixed environment
Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills
