Position Summary
Job Functions:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to multiple SGEP programs
Provides top tier customer service to the lottery management team as required
Responsible for achievement of financial plan and regularly evaluate the efficiency of business
Works with all stake holders to ensure proper delivery of contract and customer requirements
Participates in procurement/RFP process, including pricing model and strategy development
Develops and manages profit enhancing programs involving both cost containment and revenue generation
Responsible for monitoring and analyzing operational KPIs and development of improvement targets
Ability to manage project schedules while meeting project deadlines and budgets
Responsible for overall development of all personnel and staff reporting directly or indirectly
Other responsibilities as assigned
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
Good understanding of systems, instant tickets, and marketing plans
Experience with budgeting and forecasting
Experience in dealing with senior level people at Lotteries
Communicates and work effectively with customers, outside vendors/consultants and other departments within SG
Demonstrated organizational and project management experience
Experience in data analysis and report generation
Be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
BS Degree in Business, Management or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years demonstrated marketing and/or management level experience (related experience in the Lottery industry is a plus)
Strong leadership and management experience
Advanced knowledge of customer support operations
Experience in a high volume environment
Ability to work effectively with senior level Company management as well as lottery management and state government officials
Skills/Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent presentation skills
Good leadership skills
Ability to remain tactful and diplomatic in difficult situations
Positive and self-motivated attitude and ability to work with others as a team
Organized and can handle multiple issues at the same time

Ability to travel as necessary
