POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Salesforce to deliver transformative cloud-based solutions throughout our operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful vision and strategy of our CRM and Salesforce initiatives, aligning business objectives with technological solutions, and enhancing the engagement of donors, patients, and customers. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
CRM Architecture and Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead strategy and design of CRM related digital transformation initiatives across different service lines. Ensure that the Salesforce and other platforms scale effectively with the business demands
Capability Design and delivery CoE: Establish and lead a CoE that provides architectural guidance for CRM solutions, performs Vendor evaluation and makes Build vs Buy decisions. Define architectural strategy, governance, and best practices
Innovation Advocacy and Value realization: Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce updates and features, promoting the adoption of new innovations within the organization to help meet business key metrics. Ensure that the value of Salesforce investment is fully realized.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Motivate and mentor teams to create a dynamic and cohesive environment that champions success. Collaborate with other stakeholders in IT to effectively communicate and implement CRM strategies
Technical Solutioning and Assessment: Collaborate with architects across business and IT to develop POCs, technical assessments, and articulate trade-offs. Present and advocate for the solution to the Product Management team and Business and drive it to completion. Utilize extensive Salesforce expertise to review optimal solutions, focusing on maximizing functionality and system integrations while adhering to pragmatic cost models.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, effective communication between stakeholders and the technical team, bridging gaps between technical and business perspectives.
Integration Management: Guarantee project success not solely through feature implementation but also via the seamless integration of data across systems.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Drive improvements by assessing project outcomes and applying insights to future projects.
Work collaboratively with business leaders to understand their key objectives and In partnership with the IT COEs, create a roadmap and design solutions to meet the organizational objectives for growth
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Salesforce Proficiency: Preference for candidates with Salesforce certifications (Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Sales and Service Cloud professional, or Health Cloud Accreditation).
Thought Leadership: Ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities in the digital landscape and to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions to drive successful transformations. Proactive in identifying emerging technologies and methodologies that can drive meaningful change and create value for organizations undergoing digital transformation.
Technical Communication: Skilled in explaining complex technical concepts understandably to clients and team members.
Leadership and Team Management: An innate talent for motivating and leading teams, creating a collaborative and goal-driven environment.
Business and Technical Integration: Capability to interpret business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and precision.
Agile: Strong experience using Agile and SCRUM methodologies in product development
Knowledge of:
Overall knowledge of the last trends in the corporate Information Technology domain (Cloud, Application as a Service, etc.)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Overall knowledge of Cloud technologies (AWS, Google, Office 365, etc.)
Ability to:
Consensus Building: Facilitate decision-making among diverse stakeholders with conflicting priorities by soliciting input and viewpoints from all parties involved Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in managing stakeholder relations.
Set the high bar of expectations, lead and manage teams to achieve those goals
Education and/or Experience:
8+ years direct people leadership
10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Design and/or Solution Architecture with a proven record of building great enterprise applications
8+ years of experience specifically designing Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and marketing Cloud
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
Experience in best practices for CI/CD
Demonstrated experience with cloud/PaaS technologies & cloud integration tools
Experience with successfully implementing SDLC methodologies like Agile and SAFe framework.
Previous experience with maturing architecture practices with continuous innovation
