As our business has continued to grow we are hiring for a Senior Director, Sales Lifecycle and Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for a entrepreneurial spirit, who enjoys working for a trusted organization serving our Medicare population.
Our Senior Director, Sales Lifecycle and Marketing will provide leadership across multiple sales support departments for HealthSpire. Direct the resolution of highly complex business problems which impact enterprise-wide sales support processes. Designs and executes strategies and action steps to assist in successfully sell.
Key success factors for this role will be to improve our Tele-Sales Lifecycle and Marketing approach to improve the consumer experience, engaging our members and providing them a service beyond selling insurance and programs we offer. This is a very consumer driven (sales lifecycle) and how we can better sell to our members, understand their needs and how to simplify our process.
Life Cycle includes, lead generation, sales with a consumer centric approach through retention activities and business development. Operations and Technology will be big factors in being able to grow and scale our business using existing and new membership base across the US.
