In the Senior Strategic Account Director role, you will provide leadership to one of our strategic accounts. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Strategic Account Team for one of Experian's most critical multi-million-dollar relationships

  • Creating a vision, strategy and account plan for the team to achieve revenue objectives and to develop client loyalty that results in greater shares of client expenditures for Experian solutions

  • Building and executing strategies to address new opportunities across the Experian CSDA North America Client set

  • Orchestrating strategic senior client engagement and team interactions, including Executive Sponsor

  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market and industry trends and developments - using this knowledge to create insight

  • Acting as strategic advisor and not a vendor; investing in understanding the customer's world (i.e., their market, products and opportunities).

  • Identifying and removing any barriers to achieving goals

  • Performing management functions in the area of monthly reporting and region tracking

  • Providing strategic direction and tactical insights to refine the go to market strategy for Experian's strategic initiatives.

  • Owning achieving Credit Services and Decision Analytics (CSDA) revenue goals while ensuring client satisfaction, and employee engagement; manages the pipeline for CSDA

  • Owning account planning for all BU teams providing solutions in North America to the client

  • Leading client business reviews and Executive Briefings (One Experian)

  • Opening doors for other business group Account Executives

  • Accountable for data and reporting accuracy (dashboards, forecast and GAP reporting)

  • BS/BA Degree in general business, marketing or related major required, MBA Preferred

  • Ability to think, plan and execute strategically and respond tactically when driving results on behalf of the client and Experian

  • Ability to engender client confidence through thought leadership and insight based on keenly relevant to the client's business objectives and strategy

  • Ability to effectively influence senior level executives

  • Ability to establish consultative business relationships with existing and new contacts within the organization.

  • Ability to establish and communicate crystal clear expectations internally and externally

  • Excellent organizational, goal setting, analytical and planning skills

  • Understanding of credit services and decision analytics solutions, credit decisioning and credit scoring applications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully relate to people at all levels

  • Ability to travel
