We're applying that disruptive thinking about the way work is done by security and risk teams. We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Marketing that wants to make a dent in the security problem that has been plaguing organizations for decades. We need someone that is an action-oriented leader who can drive SOAR and IRM conversations in the market. In this role you will lead marketing for ServiceNow's Security and Risk Business Unit. You must be able to thrive as an individual contributor as well as lead other marketing professionals in your group and throughout our matrix organization.
Define and execute product marketing and thought leadership programs. Including but not limited to product launches, product specific programs, pricing updates, and enablement materials for ServiceNow sales, service and partner organizations
Lead a product marketing team and product programs such that sales teams and partner organizations are properly informed about product details, messaging, sales tools and collateral, pricing, and release schedules
Lead cross-functional teams to accomplish your goals
Participate in product messaging and nomenclature development, especially as it relates to cross-product or cross-initiative content
Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
Partner with product management to achieve a shared understanding of the security market and desired product direction for ServiceNow. Engage in the release planning process, providing input based on market experience, customer engagement and research.
Educate the analyst community such that they understand how to properly communicate ServiceNow value propositions for security to their clients and accurately represent ServiceNow strengths and weaknesses relative to the competition.
10 years of product marketing experience
5 years of experience with security and risk products
Very strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
Expert knowledge of the security and risk market
