Job Description

With the deprecation of third-party cookies and mobile identifiers, privacy-first addressability has become more critical than ever. We are looking for an exceptional entrepreneurial Product Management Leader to ensure the success of our addressability products and empower publishers and advertisers to flourish in a cookie-less world.

This position can be a Director or Senior Director level depending on the candidates experience and background

Responsibilities

• Innovation Leadership: Spearhead the ideation, development, and launch of groundbreaking products focusing on addressability. Your vision will shape the future.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with customers and our diverse team to craft a compelling product vision, strategize the roadmap, and prioritize needs, ensuring our resources align for success.

• Market Mastery: Dive deep into market research and competitive landscapes. Attend industry events and weave your findings into our product strategy, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize your analytical prowess to set success metrics, monitor performance, and pivot strategies based on real-time data insights.

• Team Empowerment: Lead by example. Inspire your team, fostering an environment of motivation and efficiency amidst the ever-evolving challenges of the digital landscape.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has at least 10 years of experience in product management, demonstrating an ability to navigate technical environments and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

• Expertise in Addressability, Audience identification and ID graphs.

• Boasts a proven track record of taking products from conception to launch, skillfully managing each phase of the product lifecycle.

• Excels in data analysis, with the ability to dissect complex datasets and extract actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

• Embodies exceptional leadership, execution, and communication skills, capable of steering the team towards achieving shared goals
