The Zillow Advisor Team (define) works with sellers to help unlock life's next chapter through our sell to or sell with programs. Our Advisors are licensed real estate agents who operate across our 25 markets supporting Zillow Offers.
About the role
The Senior Director of Sales, Zillow Advisor Team, will lead the inside sales team's continued growth while driving operational excellence in a complex business environment. The role is passionate about driving metrics, developing leaders, and building a world class sales organization from top to bottom. This leader will have between 3-5 Senior Managers as direct reports and an overall organization size of 200+. The role is at the forefront of everything we do in Zillow Offers, our ibuyer product and the strategy of the team will hinge on the expertise of this leader. You will be challenged to think like an entrepreneur while partnering with numerous teams across the enterprise.
Be responsible for the acquisition goals for the B2C sales team
Lead a team of Senior Managers across 25 total markets
Partner closely with multiple teams to drive customer experience

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
Who you are
10+ years of sales leadership experience (5+ leader of leaders with large scale teams)
History of working in B2C space in high growth environment
Demonstrated track record of developing leaders and talent across the organization
Track record of using data to drive decisions
Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams including marketing, operations, tech partners, and frontline operators
Ability to exceed all metrics as outlined
Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
A customer obsession
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for variable incentives and/or equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
