The Senior Director of Sales Operations and Market Analysis will work alongside IDEMIA NSS' business development, sales and proposal management teams to drive sales and operational excellence across IDEMIA NSS' business units. Our ideal Senior Director will be both strategically minded and operationally focused in order to architect and improve upon key business processes and evolve our systems and infrastructure needed to support growth. Experience working with federal agencies in a program management or analyst capacity is required. TS/SCI security clearance is preferred.

Primary Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales operations members while also contributing individually to the business.

  • Develop analysis reports on target industries and agencies.

  • Monitor federal opportunity postings for potential engagements.

  • Maintain executive-level relationships across the company; ensure complete understanding of all processes necessary for each business vertical to conduct sales; develop standardization -- find commonalities and drive consistency across verticals to enable company-wide KPI capture.

  • Lead and architect process flow of all order-to-cash operations in Salesforce. Document, train and ensure adherence by sales; proactively identify where there are gaps in process and react quickly to improve.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives collaborating with IT, Sales, Channels, Marketing and Finance.

  • Lead sales process improvement including partnering with sales leadership and business development executives to ensure sales process is followed; implement exception reporting and other necessary evaluations to ensure adherence to the sales process.

  • Refine key performance metrics and dashboards to provide visibility to sales leadership; regularly provide key business insights and recommendations for improvement to executives.

  • Regularly lead contributions to executive level presentations and data requests.

  • Evaluate, implement, and manage all sales tools and technologies complementary to our CRM (Salesforce).

  • Drive special projects that aim to improve data quality, replace manual reporting through automation.

Required Experience

Education And Experience

  • 10+ years experience in Program Management or as a Senior Analyst.

  • Excellent analytical, business intelligence and project management skills.

  • Hands-on knowledge of law enforcement, military or intelligence community needs.

  • Demonstrated focus on being able to translate data and metrics into predictable business insights and compelling presentations.

  • Proven leadership and facilitation of cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with IT, Finance, Marketing.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communications skills, particularly to senior executives.

  • BS or BA degree required, Master's Degree is a plus.
