Viant is looking for a Senior Director of Program Management to join their dedicated leadership team.
You will be based out of Grand Rapids, MI and have responsibility for the assembly, extrusion, and molding program management teams at that location as well as their Costa Rica, Puerto Rico and San Antonio facilities.

Visibility this is a high-level role with visibility from senior leadership Qualified candidates must have: BS/BA in Business or Technical Discipline (MS/MBA preferred) Minimum 10 years of related experience including broad multi-functional business experience 5+ years project and people management experience 5+ years outside customer project management experience; International product / manufacturing line experience preferred Knowledge of FDA QSR, ISO1348 and ISO14971 Risk Assessment Experience in medical device or related regulated industry PMP Certification preferred Main

Job Responsibilities:
Has primary responsibility and accountability for program planning, execution, monitoring and closing.
Partners with plant managers/GMs and functional leaders to execute ramps.
Interface with customers regarding program status and issue resolution.
Lead internal Viant executive updates.
Participate in new business prospecting, highlighting Viant program management capabilities and strategy.
Create and support costs and budget estimates for specific projects.
Allocate Program Management resources to required areas.
Develop and implement strategic plan to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for development and implementation of financial budgets for programs.
Establish ramp revenue forecasts, working with Finance to translate into quarterly budget updates.
Provide strong leadership skills by working to define clear, realistic goals.
Lead by example with excellent diligence, planning, analysis and communications.
Provide master level guidance and support to program managers and assist in their development and training.

Responsibilities: * Partner with the Office of General Counsel (OGC) and KPMG's senior leaders to develop KPMG's intellectual property (IP) strategies for business functions and innovation groups within the firm and be responsible for executing the implementation of those strategies * Manage KPMG's IP portfolio, i.e. granted patents, granted trademarks; coordinate and collaborate with OGC and outside counsel in respect to patent and trademark filings * Partner with innovation teams to provide consultative services related to IP management while new products and services are being developed and implemented.
