The Senior Director, Integration Services is responsible for providing strategic leadership in the development of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts' integration architecture and roadmap. This role owns the technology integration platforms and will lead the transformation of our current middleware platforms to a next generation consolidated Micro-Services based integrated platform. This role requires a technical leader who can manage teams and projects in a complex technology environment through effective communication, collaboration with cross functional teams, integration, and automation. This role will require a strong hands-on technical background and will span the development, operationalizing and management of new and existing enterprise micro-services, leveraging Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services and AWS technologies to support and integrate Wyndham and partner-built application platforms.

In addition, this individual will have a strong strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy and ability to design IT systems interconnection to deliver that strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with and make strategic recommendations to senior-level management as well as all levels of internal/external service partners. Lastly, this role will provide mentoring on advanced development concepts and technical capabilities to developers.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the service delivery culture for our integration platforms, building best-in-class service engineering capabilities

  • Responsible for leading the overall enterprise application services integration, implementation and delivery

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to define & build short and long term integration platform capabilities and roadmaps to the different integration strategies

  • Establish & lead a strong operational backbone including establishing processes around a metrics-driven application support model

  • Design responsibilities include determining the best patterns to use for each integration scenario in order to gain the best performance, scalability, reusability and maintainability

  • Establish a culture of high performance, transparency and continuous improvement as it relates to the development and support of our integration services

  • Leverage technical skills and experience to develop cost effective, timely integration solutions that meet functional and performance requirements while focusing on component reuse

  • Responsible for the overall design, development, testing and implementation of integration solutions and mapping business requirements to systems/technical requirements including both custom developed and COTS configuration/solutions for integration
