Duties & Responsibilities:
Clinical Retail Operations
In charge of the development and execution of initiatives for best in class patient standard of care.
Work closely with VP, Clinical Operations to define strategy and goals for all initiatives related to clinical services.
Maximize doctor office production and efficiency through training and development of patient coordinators (PCs), doctors, and retail staff.
Work closely with the Director of Telehealth to collaborate and address concerns, opportunities, system advancements, etc.
Work closely with regional field management to provide doctor scheduling and coverage of existing locations to maintain 100% coverage for emergency fill in, vacation coverage, and secondary coverage.
Measure key performance indicators for both doctors and retail staff to improve revenue and operating standards, driving clinical excellence and execution.
Partner with field operations leadership to achieve operational excellence at every location.
Maintain all state board and federal regulations for compliance of professional services, dispensing, and HIPAA
Maintain accurate coding and billing of professional services in partnership with the Managed Care Department.
Assist in developing strategies for growth and profitability of professional services in regard to medical billing in partnership with the Managed Care Department.
Develop strategies for growth and profitability of clinical services.
Recruitment, relationship and clinical development of optometrists for existing and future locations.
Doctor training and development: EHR training to company clinical best practice policies and procedures.
Work closely with the VP of Clinical Operations on doctor contract negotiations.
Conduct doctor performance reviews when required.
Work closely with the Clinical Operations Manager on relationship development between professional services and retail: Liaison between the doctor's office and retail operations as well as corporate departments on an as needed basis.
