Position Summary Position is responsible for developing clinical programs and implementing evidence based practices based on the needs of the community being served. Position will assist with strategic planning, and implementation support for key clinical initiatives as assigned by the Chief Clinical Officer. Develop, oversee and help implement clinical programs and projects that support agencys vision and short- and long-term plans. This includes clinical as well as administrative oversight to ensure conformance to standards, quality clinical service delivery and outcomes, and risk management.



  • Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Minimum of Associate level licensure though AzBBHE. Independent licensure preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years in the behavioral health field with at least five (5) years of supervisory experience including clinical program development and monitoring in a behavioral health setting.
  • Prefer experience at a management level including but not limited to budget planning and management, contract review and analysis, program development and implementation and regulatory oversight.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evidence based clinical practices.
  • Experience in program development, oversight and evaluation.
  • Working knowledge of all contractual and regulatory requirements of designated programs (Adult GMH/SA, SMI, Children) is required.
  • A working knowledge of professional ethics, risk management procedures, and quality management is required.
  • Strong communication skills and leadership ability, as well as ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Possess strong time-management skills, along with the ability to set goals and help others reach them.
  • Experience in facilitating and leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older with Valid level one Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Possess valid drivers license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation and willingness to travel within state.
  • Possess high attention to detail and strong organization skills.
  • Experience using electronic health care record system and knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Executive Director of Business Services directs the development and provision of the District's financial and business services, resources and facilities, and serves as the primary fiscal advisor to the Superintendent. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (These duties are a representative sample; position assignments may vary.) * Serves as a member of the Superintendent's Cabinet. * Identifies the District's requirements for financial resources and business services. * Oversees and supervises Business Office, Facilities & Building Services, Transportation, and Nutritional Services. * Recommends to the Superintendent comprehensive programs for the provision and use of financial resources and the provision of necessary financial and business services. * Oversees the District's overall budget, including estimating revenue and making provisions for capital and operating requirements. * Provides an appropriate system of financial management and control. * Directly assists the Superintendent and other appropriate personnel in the long range planning of financial resources and facilities to meet the District's requirements. * Ensures coordination and communication with other departments to relate financial and business services to the needs of school administration, instructional programs, and school services. * Provides essential general administrative and business services to meet the needs of school administration, including finance services. * Evaluates the scope and effectiveness of financial resources, financial, and business services. * Develops improvements in those resources and services as necessary. * Keeps the Superintendent informed of the District's financial and business affairs, and responds to the financial and business inquires of Board members. * Supports or represents the Superintendent in public discussions of financial and business matters. * Other duties as assigned.
