As the Senior Director of Enterprise Client Success, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the Enterprise business segment achieves its short-term and long-term goals in contribution to the larger company goals and objectives. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Client Success, you will oversee the Enterprise segments' client success operations and drive the execution of its strategic plans in close partnership with global segment leaders and cross-functional peers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Strategic Leadership: Continuously develop and refine the vision and long-term strategy for the Enterprise business in collaboration with cross-functional leaders and Bazaarvoice executives. Track and anticipate changing market conditions and emerging patterns to inform strategy and direction. Obtain expert counsel internally and externally through mentorship and industry thought leadership/education.

  • Operational Oversight: Inform the day-today operations of the Enterprise team, ensuring effective execution of strategies. In partnership with executives and the Revenue/Business Operations teams, continuously pursue efficiencies through modernization of practices and tools (with a particular focus on automation, AI and leveraging Shared Services).

  • Financial Management: Manage and report the Enterprise Segments' financial performance against company goals and allocate resources wisely with intentional focus on driving margins YoY.

  • Culture and Talent Development: Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, accountability and autonomy among employees. Develop and retain top talent to build a high-performing leadership team. Lead, motivate and develop a team to drive business value with customers.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with shareholders, customers, employees, and other stakeholders to advance the company's mission and objectives. Drive buy-in and investment throughout your leadership team to cascade purpose, intention and performance throughout the Enterprise Client Success org.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the company's growth, reputation, or financial performance. In partnership with senior leadership, cross-functional peers and Operations, develop and ensure processes to appropriately track and mitigate risk for the Enterprise business.

  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure the company operates in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and uphold high ethical standards in accordance with our company values.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience as a senior leader of Client Success in other managerial positions in a similar industry (ideally 3+ years of Senior Leader experience).

  • Strong understanding of key performance indicators for SaaS and Client Success.

  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as support, marketing, sales, product/engineering, finance, etc.

  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational, operational and leadership skills.

  • Experience with Fortune 100 companies and marketing technology a plus.

  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and public speaking abilities.

  • College degree (and preferably advanced senior leadership education)
