About the Job
Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management, the Senior Director of Admissions is the lead admissions professional on the University of Minnesota Rochester campus and manages the Office of Admissions, including high school and community relations, undergraduate recruitment and services, the campus visit program, and office operations. Major responsibilities include the development, design, and implementation of strategic enrollment management and recruitment efforts to support this young University's goals for continued growth in new undergraduate students. The Senior Director of Admissions is responsible for undergraduate admission policy, supervision of applications processing, and leveraging of the customer relationship management (CRM) strategies. Critical functions include directing recruitment, admissions, and matriculation of applicants to meet enrollment goals, developing and implementing strategies that yield broadly representative student populations and providing leadership and direction for professional staff. The Senior Director will work to develop and sustain relationships with key constituents, including prospective students, parents, high school and independent counselors, alumni, and community college partners.
Initially, this role will report to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management, with the opportunity for promotion and reporting to the chancellor. The Senior Director of Admissions will enjoy a fair amount of autonomy in carrying out their responsibilities. Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $100,000 - $112,000; depending on education/qualifications/experience
