If you are a person with a relentless drive to succeed, a strong focus on quality with a passion for success - join us today!UCT is currently seeking an experienced and talented Sr. Director, IT to join our team in Hayward, CA!Job Summary:* Executes IT application strategy to align with overall IT and business objectives. * Accountable for the selection, design, implementation, integration, and operation of enterprise-wide applications. * Manages application environments, ensuring data integrity, system security, integrations, compliance, and upgrades. * Ensures adherence to IT processes, policies, and guidelines in collaboration with the Compliance team. * Manages non-SAP IT budgets and contracts, including vendor management. * Provides leadership and management for a multi-skilled global team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Maintain and manage the IT non-SAP Application portion of the application portfolio. * Manage projects and resources to meet scope, budget, and timeline expectations. * Oversee UCT's non-SAP ERP(s), PLM, MES systems, and other key business applications. * Manage collaboration platforms, project management applications, and IT compliance requirements. * Designs team structure to optimize service levels and costs. * Lead a team of Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers. * Develop and implement programs to enhance team skillsets and growth opportunities. * Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to evaluate, select, and deploy applications. * Assess business requirements and recommend new applications, enhancements, customizations, and integrations. * Oversees documentation of functional business application requirements, integrations, and change control compliance. * Build relationships with vendors to align with product roadmaps and optimize costs. * Drives Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives globally.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Essential * Experience working with 'C' level executives. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Proven ability to build and scale effective teams across geographies. * Exceptional application integration knowledge across integration platforms. * Proficiency in automating business processes and engaging stakeholders. * Direct experience with RPA platforms. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences. * Strong diligence and analytical skills. * Self-driven with critical thinking skills. * Aptitude for finding solutions to complex technical and Business problems.Preferred * Familiarity with Agile and waterfall development methodologies. * Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a demanding environment. * Experience in IT management in manufacturing or related industries.Educational/Certification Requirement: * Minimum - Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or related fieldExperience Requirement:Work Experience:*

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including variable pay and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO (Paid Time Off) and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these additional compensation and benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
