Job Description Summary:

The Senior Director II Marketing & PACS (Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability) Intelligence Planning & Orchestration will be responsible for the integrated product solution creation, data management, planning and orchestration across the end-to-end marketing & PACS data and analytics product intelligence suite across category, marketplace performance, consumption, purchase, end-to-end experiences and PACS for The Coca-Cola Company.

The Coca-Cola Company is enhancing its capabilities in global Marketing and PACS data & analytics intelligence. As part of this, we are driving further end-to-end development of our Marketing and PACS Intelligence from data capture to consumption to deliver more distinctive, competitively advantaged scalable data and analytics measurement, and ensuring operational excellence and service delivery are at the heart of this transformation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management, governance, and integration of end-to-end intelligence suite, aligning and collaborating with the enterprise data and technology strategy and team.

  • Facilitate easy access to data across the Company by driving data democratization and simplification.

  • Lead key external global agency partnerships, defining the priority partners to unlock and bring the best from the outside in across the data and analytics landscape.

  • Design and implement user-centered personas and holistic data and analytics tools to enhance data fluency and user satisfaction.

  • Lead Marketing & PACS Intelligence plan operations, orchestration, prioritization, backlog management and KPI tracking, and delivery effectiveness.

  • Develop network communication strategy to enhance commercialization, training, and adoption of enterprise Marketing & PACS Intelligence Services

  • Lead, develop and nurture a team of functional experts, inspiring a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and personal accountability. Model a high-performing engagement team culture that drives transformational impact.

Team and Network Role: As a senior member of the Marketing & PACS Intelligence Service Line, this role is pivotal in integrating efforts across the team and influencing cross-functional network collaboration with both the lead business partners in Marketing, C&CL, Strategy and PACS as well as across Platform Services partners in Enterprise Services and Digital and Technology Services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Robust strategic planning, project management and establishing operational efficiencies.

  • Defines and tracks metrics and OKRs to drive further prioritization and continuous strong delivery.

  • Keen interest in connecting the dots, identifying and standing-up best practice processes for integration and orchestration for best enabling outcomes.

  • Responsible for creating/conceptualizing new methods, techniques and/or processes.

  • Adept design thinking across multiple user personas to ensure products and solutions will be fit-for-purpose and most relevant and usable across client base.

  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with keen simplification and storytelling ability.

  • Proven cultivator of strong partnerships cross-functionally and with external agency partners.

Related Work Experience:

15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in international settings leading culturally diverse teams. Requires strong background in strategic planning, design thinking and agile methodologies. Ideal candidate has experience developing and operationalizing both strategic and executional plans, blending both a short and longer-term view. Enjoys the challenge of influencing adoption for new transformational solutions, approaches, and services.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.

Pay Range:

$187,000 - $227,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
