Leads and directs practices related to employee and labor relations, management coaching, talent development, change management, integration, workforce planning, policy administration and performance management.
Leads a team of HR Business Partners and Generalists to ensure consistent application of HR deliverables
Works with leadership to establish and cascade goals and metrics related to human resources and enterprise initiatives
Ensures that HR Business Partners develop and maintain effective working relationships with leaders and managers
Provides timely, effective and reliable communications to ensure that HR Business Partners and Generalists are appropriately educated and informed of organizational initiatives and expectations.
Collaborates with other human resources leaders to develop employee relations policies and procedures.
Stays apprised of changes in employment law, labor law, healthcare policy and industry trends
Monitors compliance with applicable laws and regulations and ensures that proper documentation, record-keeping and reporting is performed in compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Provides coaching and mentoring to leaders and managers on employee relations issues.

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
Master's or Juris Doctor degree preferred.

Maintains a working knowledge of human resources practices, employment law and healthcare industry trends
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Normal physical demands include dexterity sufficient to operate a personal computer and other office equipment.
Ability to travel to alternate sites throughout the organization.
Requires normal or correct vision, hearing and speech.
