Overview /Objective:
The Senior Director of HR Operations, People Analytics, and Project Management will serve as a cross-functional, strategic leader managing and overseeing critical human capital processes, using data-driven insights to meaningfully impact how we support our NFL workforce. This leader will combine sophisticated analytical thinking with deep business acumen to inform workforce strategies and solutions. This leader will lead data analysis, build out the NFL's people analytics function, and work closely with the NFL's HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to help shape the people strategy and drive process improvement. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, the Senior Director of HR Operations will be a critical member of the HR Leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Lead the HR Analytics function, developing reporting mechanisms, processes, and data-driven solutions to enable better assessment of workforce outcomes
Leverage the latest methods and technologies to identify insights and inform the direction of HR centers of excellence, including Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and more
Identify data-driven insights through workforce analytics, that are used to inform workforce strategy development
Manage implementation of initiatives designed to enhance the employee experience, leveraging technology and automation
Lead cross-functional employee-centric processes across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT including deployment of workforce training, automation of employee records, and other process improvements
Lead the NFL's employee service center, HR Answers, which processes 1,000 tickets/month on a wide range of topics. Manages ##-person team responsible for data quality, customer service and support for all employees and former employees
Lead annual business planning and budget management for HR
Manage workforce data and associated reporting to examine workforce trends
Manage strategic analyses and special initiatives, as required
Required Qualifications:
Visionary leader, who leverages analytical skills and drives the team to resolve, support and deliver on key initiatives
Very analytical, process-driven, detail-oriented thinker with experience in cross-functional project management
Overseen complex HR transformational projects
Experience driving process improvements, specifically related to employee experience and workforce initiatives
Strong understanding of human capital management systems and workforce data
Demonstrated leadership ability managing teams and working with employees at all levels
Proven track record of effectively building relationships across internal stakeholders and key functions
Workforce-centric mind, as demonstrated by acting thoughtfully, strategically and collaboratively to drive positive change for our workforce
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of Workforce Analytics experience, with a proven track record of using data to inform workforce strategy
Prior experience across the full suite of HR processes, Finance and Payroll
Experience implementing employee resource planning (ERP) systems; Oracle HCM Cloud preferred
Consulting background preferred
