5 years experience developing strategy for and overseeing an audit or monitoring program.

CCEP (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional).
CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner).
CIA (Certified Internal Auditor).
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
SPHR (Senior Professional In Human Resources).
Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
