• Valid California Driver's License or ability to obtain within one (1) month of employment

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, business administration or related field

• Five (5) years of supervisory experience in facilities or maintenance and operations, to include two (2) years of supervisory experience DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION FOR THIS POSITION:

• CASH Maintenance Manager Certification

• OSHA Certification

• California Contractors License
