We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead the marketing strategy, product marketing and brand for our Enterprise business line. You must be a proven leader who knows intuitively how to align with the business vision and goals and convert it into a killer marketing strategy.

As the Senior Director of Marketing for Enterprise, you must be a fast learner who can dive into the intricacies of the business, grasp technical and commercial concepts and deeply understand the challenges and opportunities faced. You will be responsible for partnering with our sales team to generate and nurture leads, with our client management team to grow our clients and global marketing to develop the brand story in line with the global brand and other business lines.

You must be an inspirational leader who can empower fellow team members to initiate and lead, and be great at working with colleagues from different cultures and time zones.

What you'll do:

  • Align Enterprise Marketing with the business line, developing and implementing a cohesive marketing strategy that supports its goals, and adapting it to changing realities

  • Together with the Enterprise Marketing team, define the global marketing strategy for lead generation and nurturing of potential clients for the Enterprise offering

  • Drive close alignment between the Enterprise Marketing team and the client management team to deliver strategic growth plans for our clients that are creative, ROI-driven and bring real value

  • Develop the Payoneer brand story among enterprises, building on our leadership within the mass payouts space to a wider positioning as a driver of growth for enterprises, marketplaces and merchants worldwide via our expanding enterprise product suite

  • Define brand identity, aligned with the global brand story of Payoneer, and articulate the values through unified messaging

  • Develop the product marketing strategy, connecting the dots between existing and new products, positioning them to the market and building detail-oriented go-to market plans

  • Get involved! Talk to clients, understand their needs and what drives them, take on projects and be ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details of campaigns, content, messaging and more

What we're looking for:

  • 12+ years B2B marketing leadership experience

  • Experience in the world of payments or cutting-edge financial services

  • Natural leader gets the most out of their team, inspires them with new ways of thinking and a creative spirit

  • Relationship builder who intuitively knows how to gain trust of business owners, colleagues and customers

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent analytical skills always measuring ROI of campaigns, optimizing and learning from mistakes

  • Strong presentation skills - enjoys presenting in front of peers, clients and prospects, at events and online

  • Creative storytelling, branding and messaging

  • Ability to work with large teams disbursed geographically

  • Deep knowledge of product marketing, demand generation and content marketing

  • Ability to juggle multiple objectives, projects and tasks, while sticking to tight deadlines

  • Open to new ideas and methods of working, and great at getting feedback and responding to it

  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, Jira and Asana a plus

As an Enterprise Growth Account Director at Demandbase, you will primarily be a "farmer" responsible for upselling and renewing an existing book of business (both SaaS and Advertising clients) as well as having a set of net new prospects to close. In order to achieve success in this role, you must have experience selling into Marketing departments and/or have experience in the advertising technology space. We are considering applicants who live in the Eastern half of the country with a preference for applicants in the NYC area. Due to the COVID pandemic, this role (as with all others) will be remote until the offices reopen. What we're looking for: * 5+ years direct sales experience in an outbound sales environment with consistent high six- to seven-figure quota overachievement * Experience selling SaaS solutions and/or digital media to Director, VP and C-Level executives * Ability to manage a complex sales cycle with multiple stakeholders and decision makers that span across different lines of business. * Passion for customer success with the ability to communicate that passion effectively in person and over the phone. * Self-motivated and responsible individual who will represent the company with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. * BS/BS required What you'll be doing: * Manage selling activities for the enterprise accounts in a specific geography delivering subscription revenue against quarterly and annual targets. * Apply consultative and value-based sales approaches during customer engagements to uncover customer success and ROI opportunities. * Build and manage a robust pipeline of new and expansion business that will support quarterly and annual goals. * Develop accurate forecasts and meticulously manage sales activity in CRM ( experience a plus). * Learn the marketing technology domain to understand how Demandbase's technology can be applied to all stages of your customer's sales and marketing operations -attracting, engaging, converting, growing and retaining accounts. * Understand your customer's marketing and advertising strategies to develop the highest impact plan for adopting Demandbase's technology. * Interact closely with Demandbase partner sales representatives to ensure our mutual success in the marketplace.
