Key Responsibilities and expectations
Scenario 1: In case during an assurance audit or site operations review you find that the account has not been able to respond to HSSE related questions adequately. You connect the account to the HSSE COE or the HSSE lead for the country and ensure resolution.
Scenario 2: You're requested to undertake a site inspection or DD prior to take over as part of organic expansion. You identify the site as a front office with office space for client's business leadership. This is an opportunity for experience led services so you connect our Experience Services COE to the Account Executive
Scenario 1: During an account engagement session on an assurance audit, you discover that the account is providing Capital Asset Renewal and planning inputs manually working off excel files of Asset Registers. You take this as an opportunity to connect with the Reliability and Asset Management SMEs and demonstrate both CAR Essentials and CAR with Tech to the account and give them a flavor of how this will help them.
Scenario 2: You have made yourselves aware of the RCM product with IoT that the Reliability Engineering (RE) team drives. When requested by an account for an SME review of their maintenance strategy and plan you find that they have a large number of new assets that are relatively low criticality to the business and there is an opportunity for modulation of frequencies and introduction of condition based maintenance practices. You provide the RE team the lead and connect that team to the account.
Scenario 3: During a site walk about you notice that a client is running trials of a sensor based desk booking and occupancy planning system. You collect some additional information and pass it on to Leveraged Delivery's OP team or the Workplace Consulting Team and connect them to the account to take it forward.
Scenario 1: In a renewal scenario you see an opportunity to deploy mobile engineering services. You loop in the Head of MES and connect them to the rebid/renewal team on the account and facilitate that engagement.
Scenario 2: During a site DD to support a new bid you find the client has detailed sustainability goals related to our scope that are not clearly brought out in the scope document. You flag this off to both the SD team and Sustainability SME, thereby ensuring JLL leverage our Sustainability capability to maximize win probability.
Scenario 1: Whilst undertaking an assurance audit and correlating responses therein to the asset Data Quality of the account on the DQ dashboard you find there is a need to track maintenance more effectively via a CMMS or Corrigo and deploy the full capability of Corrigo as a CMMS. You share the DQ standards and Asset Management playbook with the account and connect them to the Asset management and RE team for DQ enhancement and the Digital Operations team for a Corrigo training refresh.
Scenario 1: In periodic account engagement sessions, you proactively share the new Technical Development Programs available to the accounts and loop in the Engineering training team to provide the account additional details of the programs available to them on MyLearning and other learning opportunities that can be facilitated by that team.
Scenario 2: We engage and conduct training sessions where needed for accounts to enable them to respond to the assurance program questions appropriately.
