The Senior Director, Demand Generation is responsible for overseeing the centralized, scaled execution and program design of demand generation activities driving our key campaign, ongoing inbound and pipeline acceleration activities forward. Your team will be the stewards of demand generation best practices in the Marketing org and will provide marketing campaigns, ABM programs, and Partner program "kits" to the regional teams for execution and localization.

This leader will oversee demand program design and execution with accountability for marketing campaign success, ABM programs, partner programs, and market whitespace identification. The Senior Director's role will be to provide leadership and guidance to their team in building programs that are accountable to pipeline, global in nature, scalable centrally, and customizable by regional teams in the field. Additionally, this leader will be the primary liaison between Marketing and the GTM Strategy & Operations (GTMSO) organization, forging a strong partnership and championing Marketing requirements for data, measurement and technology projects.


  • Liaise with marketing leadership and the global campaigns team, to scope demand program requirements, budget, resource needs, and delivery timeframes.

  • Optimize and standardize demand creation approaches across the organization, providing best practices to regional marketing teams as needed.

  • Develop an ABM center of excellence that builds scalable one-to-many ABM programs that can be run centrally and localized by regional marketing teams. Provide best practices and program kits to regional marketing teams to complete. Additionally, support 1:1 ABM programs being run by the regional field teams with marketing aircover and advertising.

  • Develop a team of demand creation program designers that build competitive, industry/vertical, and partner programs that are centrally deployed and scaled, and customized by regional marketing teams.

  • Partner with Regional Field Marketing to design the mix of marketing programs and events needed to achieve quarterly and annual goals, and create a pipeline model that continuously tracks program success and drives continuous improvement.

  • Partner with GTMSO, Digital Strategy and other teams to identify data sources that reveal patterns in market whitespace, and work with your execution team to build specific strategies to build pipeline from this market opportunity.

  • Collaborate with and support regional/field marketing teams in their efforts to generate new leads and move existing pipeline.

  • Liaise with the Web and events teams to align demand-related functions to program designs.

  • Drive continuous performance improvement through the identification, documentation, and implementation of demand generation best practices.

  • Advise the central operations in the management of our marketing automation platforms to ensure the success of our sales integration.

  • Work with other marketing teams to extend the reach of marketing automation impact (e.g. pipeline acceleration, lead nurturing, customer retention).

  • Assume responsibility for highly repeatable demand-related tasks used by all geographies (e.g. digital advertising, email, nurture, webinars).

  • Manage internal marketing managers, external vendors and budget to accomplish goals.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 7-9 years of experience in Marketing

  • 4-6 years of experience in developing and executing strategic lead gen and nurture programs

  • 3-5 years of working on or partnering with Field Marketing teams

  • Experience leading and mentoring team members at all career levels

  • Significant experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS environments

  • Experience with selection/management of creative/demand creation agencies

  • Expert familiarity with Marketo, SFDC, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, and demand waterfall/pipeline reporting

  • Experience working with all aspects of an ad tech stack including DSPs, DMPs and buyer intent solutions

  • Familiarity with ABM monitoring solutions like Engagio

  • Familiarity with SiriusDecisions Demand Waterfall a plus
