Senior Director, Cross Industry Solutions People Fulfillment & Operations
As part of our evolution, we are consolidating our division's worldwide accountability for people fulfillment and operations. This team is in transition from one operating model to another, so we are seeking a leader to both help us shape the division's vision, as well as drive key strategies through to measurable business impact.
Key capabilities/experiences we are looking for:
10+ years of experience in management consulting and/or Services leadership
Practical experience leading a worldwide global capacity and management function.
Strong financial acumen as well as a good understanding of a Services business
Demonstrated success driving cross-company strategy and alignment.
Innovates scaled solutions involving people, process, and technology.
Ability to lead a business through significant transformation.
Global experience in managing teams and developing people within and outside the U.S.
MBA or advanced degree
Experience in Finance, Operations, or HR/GTA would be considered an asset.
Location/Travel: This role can be based anywhere in the world however it will require 3-4 hours of overlap with the Pacific Time Zone most days. Travel will be approximately 10-25% based on the needs of the business, contingent upon Covid-19 restrictions.
