  • Author, review, and approve implementation artifacts: use cases, user requirements specifications, functional specifications, and standard operating procedures for the maintenance and operation of software applications.

  • Ensure delivery of projects within determined schedule, scope, and budget constraints.

This person will also coordinate with existing service delivery teams in Information Sciences to ensure that high levels of service and support are provided in the new Commercial environment, particularly for the field force.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and external partners throughout the implementation lifecycle.

  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to commercial technology.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 12 years in the delivery of technology services and support, including Commercial experience in pharma, life sciences, or a related industry.
