Channel Marketing is, quite simply, at the heart of Dell's global success. It's a huge and far-reaching area planning, developing and implementing programs for distributors, resellers, international promotions and marketing. Our expertise is integral to enhancing Dell's presence at partner's point of sales and increasing the rate of recommendation to customers. We're also at the heart of customer and market insight, supporting Sales and Merchandising teams with recommendations about the latest trends and how best to reach the customer. Responsibilities:

  • Delight partners by building a personalized online experience via the Partner Portal

  • Manage future enhancements, content, and profiling services that allow a positive partner experience

  • Enhance the features of the online experience and drive usage to the platform. Build Marketing Institute curriculum for partner and distributor marketers to learn. Listen and act upon partner feedback in the Partner Marketing Advisory Council

  • Inspire team members by leading with integrity and collaboratively

  • Enable the Partner Marketing Managers across the globe to scale their role allowing them to spend more time building marketing plans with partners

  • Sponsor the Dell EMC's Women Partner Network that brings together extraordinary women at partners to grow business

  • Win financially by improving the ROI on partner marketing investment. Higher ROI through proven marketing tactics with select agencies and innovate digital marketing. Look to lower the cost of marketing for partners through our tools such as digital marketing platform and product syndication.

  • Grow the business through enabling partner marketers to more easily market Dell EMC solutions and obtain a high return on partner investment in marketing. Increase partner marketing effectiveness through the Digital Marketing Platform. This platform brings digital marketing easily to partners for email, social, web in order to drive customer leads. Bring innovative marketing tactics to partners

  • Manage global concierge agencies that bring approved marketing packages to drive to higher return

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in Channel Marketing

  • Bachelor's Degree is required; MBA is preferred

  • Budget Management

  • Channel Events & Sponsorships

  • Executive Level Reporting & Presentations

  • Marketing Programs Strategy & Development
