In this role, you will interact with several software development teams supporting multiple products and business areas. You will orchestrate the business interactions with the development teams, the product management teams, and the support teams for both product delivery and day to day product support.


  • Communicates with multiple software development teams simultaneously.

  • Coordinates software creation through direct and indirect reports including direct and matrixed resources consisting of full time, contract, and outsource groups that align with the business strategy.

  • Manage Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in the creation and delivery of next-generation product offerings.

  • Drive a high level of employee engagement with full human resource responsibility for direct and indirect reports.

  • Manage day to day development and support activities associated with products across multiple solution areas and segments of the business.

  • Work in partnership with internal and external customers to ensure delivered product meets business needs, architectural needs, and company goals.

  • Responsible for the group, product, and program-level budget management, setting, and delivery.


  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 10 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Healthcare industry preferred.

  • Agile experience preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
