About the Role
GoodRx is seeking a Senior Director of Brand Marketing to lead GoodRx through our next phase of growth and own brand positioning and communicating the GoodRx purpose and value proposition. This individual will align a singular brand message across all consumer facing touch points and teams within GoodRx. The role requires a passion for building brand, a proven ability to make a complex story relevant and accessible, a relentless focus on the customer, a data driven mindset, and an ability to evangelize the brand message across the company. Amplify the GoodRx brand and position the Company as a trusted consumer partner in the healthcare space
Design and implement national brand strategies that build brand awareness and align marketing strategy with business goals
Partner with internal data teams to develop customer personas and monitor the GoodRx Brand Tracker
Implement strategies to identify and address consumer sentiments across all branded and marketing channels
Strategically manage and measure brand marketing budget across campaigns and media buying
Effectively manage deliverables, report on campaign performance and proactively communicate expectations with team and stakeholders
Align a singular brand message across all GoodRx consumer touch points
Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to offer a seamless customer journey
Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of direct-to-consumer brand marketing experience
Prior experience implementing and communicating a meaningful B2C brand vision
Deep understanding of effective positioning, brand architecture, and brand voice
Experience establishing process to drive initiatives forward
A proven track record of executing multi-channel brand marketing campaigns
Prior experience with a company with digital customer acquisition preferred
Excellent strategic customer-focused thinking skills
Experience using data and metrics to back up assertions of business value
Ability to manage cross functional teams and manage agency partners
Action-oriented with a "roll up your sleeves approach"
