NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Senior Director, ADM GTM Lead to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Duties

  • Drives sales efforts for ADM to meet sales goals by:

  • Understanding individual customer business, technology, and operations landscapes to better help with the sales process

  • Understanding the changing digital technology landscape and the latest trends around accelerated application development, DevSecOps, Agile, containers, etc and how clients should be taking advantage of these advancements to drive business outcomes

  • Articulate proponent of the ADM capabilities and offerings and recognize industry thought leader in Application Development and Operations

  • Leading a GTM team and working with Sales to create a successful proposal/response

  • Tracking the progress of the sales and identifying and helping to close deals

  • Keeping upper-management appraised of the status and attainment of goals and identification of opportunity areas

  • Identify/create new ways to increase the ADM pipeline

  • Improve/refine the marketing and messaging around ADM

  • Create new content and positioning around ADM and work with analysts to obtain/maintain top rankings

  • Identify new capabilities and ways to monetize them

  • Looks for and help improve the win/close percentage

  • Leads a team of specialists in ADM processes to help accomplish the above goals

  • Mentors team members in new ADM technologies

  • Performs day-to-day managerial duties

Skills

  • Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Must be able to lead a team of high caliber professionals

  • Must be able to detect and remedy problem areas quickly

  • Must have a detailed knowledge of several SDLC processes, including but not limited to Waterfall, Agile-DevOps and the attendant tools and processes for each

  • Must be flexible and able to handle multiple projects at once and to work across various clients, geographies, and teams

  • Must be capable of communicating with sales personnel, technical personnel, and executives both internally and externally

About you: Ideally, you're a portfolio school graduate or you've earned your stripes coming up at an agency.
