Senior Digital Strategist is a digital-native professional with experience designing and executing consumer experiences for brands in a channel agnostic world. A passionate and effective communicator, the Senior Digital Strategist conveys the evolution of the consumer experience and develops strategic marketing programs that align with our clients' overall business objectives through strategic insights and direction, and makes actionable recommendations that deliver on client business objectives and KPIs.
Client Immersion: intimately articulate (through primary and secondary research) client business goals and KPIs
Develop innovative experience interactions specific to client challenges/objectives.
Lead and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce value models and revenue driving insights that positively impact and move a client's business forward.
Possess an understanding of web analytics and be able to determine measurable outcomes and return on investment
Provide ongoing updates to account teams of industry trends, issues, and best practices.
Write and present experience debriefs, gap analysis, competitive assessments, customer journeys to provide solutions to support key marketing initiatives.
Support client presentations and business development/ sales efforts with strategic thinking, research and analysis.
Lead the develop, or assist in the development of strategy and campaign briefs
Possess an engaging presence with the ability to back up research.
Have the ability to identify the trends and technology shaping the future of consumer behavior and be able to understand how these trends may influence future consumer behavior.
5+ years of digital agency or digital marketing consulting experience. Demonstrated ability to conduct senior-level interviews and facilitate group discussions/working sessions. Excellent communication skills required, with the ability to write succinctly, while still being engaging. Frequent travel is required up to 50%.
