Our Tempe office is currently looking for a full time Sr. Digital Strategist with 5+ years ofdigital agency experience. This is a strategic role in strategy and client services that will primarily involve building client relationships, consulting and developing digital strategy for complex situations (involving nearly all facets of strategy, business analysis, digital marketing, audience and market research, UX/UI, technical development and design), and team leadership and development.

Candidates should be familiar with all aspects of digital marketing, design, UX, UI, web and mobile development and should be able to show a track record of successful strategy development, account management, revenue generation, and strategic leadership. This is not a sales role.

Responsibilities

  • Consults with Clients to evaluate and develop long-term strategic plans for complex digital situations, often multi-year engagements (although not always)
  • Present strategy and solution plans to Client executive stakeholders
  • Create trusted relationships with clients through transparent conversations, regular communication, incredible results, innovative solutions, and an exceptionally high level of customer service
  • Manage a team of interactive marketing, design, UX, UI and technology development professionals, create development plans, identify opportunities for growth and track training/development progress
  • Help develop annual plans that drive Client engagements forward
  • Provide oversight on all projects and provides strategic recommendations on timing, resources, and client communications
  • Work closely with VP Operations & Strategy and Account Director to help develop new processes to improve agency performance by focusing on performance improvement and utilization
  • Embrace thought-leadership by staying up-to-date on industry news, technology trends and best practices
  • Assistance with research and proposals for new business development as necessary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience (working with cross-functional teams is a plus)
  • A solid understanding of the dynamic interactive marketing industry (marketing principles, web development, mobile optimization, measurement and analytics, internet technology, UI/UX, content strategy, etc.) and the ability to connect-the-dots across channels and touch points
  • An exceptional work ethic and the willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done while maintaining a supportive, empowering and positive attitude
  • Direct experience with audience research, UX/UI design, web design and development process
  • Direct experience with PPC, SEO, display/programmatic, social media advertising, marketing automation, and email campaign strategy and execution.
  • Has a proven track record of account management experience and/or team/department leadership experience with experience managing a team
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX including, but not limited to, best practices, tools, conversion rate optimization, A/B and multivariate testing, etc.
  • Project management experience and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Master of presenting with the highest level of confidence

VIEW JOBS 11/20/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-18T00:00 The Director, Business Risk Officer, Cash Management & Digital Products is part of the leadership team for Product Development and Channel Delivery (PDCD) and is the point of contact for risk, strategic, operational, and regulatory and compliance matters. The role is part of the first line of defense and is embedded in the business unit but will interact closely with Enterprise Risk Management. The risk officer will be responsible for customizing, implementing and monitoring risk based programs to identify, mitigate and control operational, compliance and risk. The risk officer is expected to develop and maintain expertise regarding the business' operational risks, corporate policies and regulatory compliance requirements in addition to applicable local, state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include risk identification and remediation program for self-identified, internal and external issues in keeping with corporate tools and methodologies. The position is responsible for informing, educating and influencing change to mitigate risk, address regulatory requirements and policy standards and to maintain an overall view on the risk profile. The position will collaborate with risk management partner groups and peers across the enterprise. This position will also work closely with centralized risk teams to design, implement and monitor operational risk and regulatory compliance programs and to execute on strategic initiatives and policies. The Director, Business Risk Officer will report to the Head of Cash Management and Digital Products of Silicon Valley Bank and is responsible for building effective risk management practices within their business unit consistent with the Enterprise Risk Management Program and will be a liaison providing coordination between risk partners, outside agencies and internal support groups. Specific responsibilities include: * Partner with product and digital channel managers, internal compliance, Internal Audit, legal, IT, and other process owners to identify risks, maintain compliance standards and mitigate risks domestically and internationally * Provide expert support and advise to the business on risk identification and issue management * Lead the facilitation of risk assessments as directed by the second line of defense and be the single point of contact for second line functions * Lead the implementation of the enterprise first line of defense framework in PDCD * Supports the identification and assessment of risks utilizing the appropriate risk assessment infrastructure (RCSA, Product Risk Assessments etc.) * Supports the design and execution of effective controls within the business unit, including documentation & control monitoring * Manage master project schedule related to business unit audits, reporting, findings/recommendations, corrective actions and changes. * Monitors and tracks Business Unit risks and ensures timely execution of remediation plans. Also supports the management and timely remediation of Issues / Findings (Regulatory, Audit & Compliance) * Maintains functional-level Risk Registers, Reports and dashboards (KPI, KRI, KCI) and supports the generation of Enterprise-level risk reporting and dashboards as necessary * Works with Risk Liaisons from ERM to implement tools and methodologies that strengthen the risk management practices in their business unit * Conduct risk management / compliance training as needed to ensure resources have the knowledge and skills to implement risk management practices and controls for their relevant processes * Provides a conduit to escalate risks requiring Senior Leadership / Risk Steward review * Identifies regulatory changes, emerging risks and escalates through the appropriate channels * Provides guidance and advice to senior leader concerning risks and risk management practices * Educates, consults and supports managers and supervisors on all matters relating to risk, including resolution of risk issues as appropriate * Ensure risk events/issues and corresponding action items are effectively remediated, documented and reported in a timely matter * Manage processes to maintain business unit polices in compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations Desired Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 8 years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk) * Direct experience with cash management products and digital channels * Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills * Excellent operational execution skills (development of risk artifacts, reports and communications) * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to interact with all levels of an organization * Strong expertise in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Expertise with Tableau is a plus * Dedicated team player * Ability to collaborate, negotiate, influence and build consensus across the organization #LI-LP1 SVB Financial Group Tempe AZ
