Zeta is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid and owned media channels, helping drive brand awareness and power demand generation across the customer lifecycle.

We are looking for a true team player that has previously grown all media channels for a B2B company (bonus points if you have experience in MarTech/AdTech), developed 360-degree campaigns (product launches, content releases, PR announcements, etc.), continuously hit and exceeded goals (CPLs, MQLs, SQLs, etc.) and managed digital marketing talent.

Responsibilities

  • Craft strategy and develop digital campaigns that support demand generation across the funnel (including SEO/SEM, email, paid and organic social media, and display advertising) - execute all alongside our Digital Marketing Specialist to hit aggressive monthly, quarterly MQL & SQL goals

  • Develop a community across our social channels - engaging with clients, prospective clients, trades, journalists, and other industry influencers

  • Create and own our social identity - ensuring all creative and copy are in line with brand guidelines

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels from first touch to advocacy

  • Work alongside our Marketing Operations Specialist to ensure all customer touchpoints and activity are being captured in our CRM and Marketing Automation systems

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate conversions

  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital attribution and measurement

  • Experience managing all paid and owned media channels

  • SEM (both Bing & Google), Display, Organic + Paid Social (Twitter, Facebook/Instagram, Linkedin)
  • Strong understanding of MQLs / SQLs and which channels are best for generation of each

  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes

  • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM is a must!

  • B2B experience preferred

Works across multiple brands, customer segments, and regions to help define the communication standard and manage the consumer lifecycle. Collaborates with key stakeholders in Marketing, Analytics, Content, and Customer Experience. Job Duties and Responsibilities: * E-Mail & CRM Marketing Management, Strategy Development, and Execution - Leads the overall strategy and execution for Synovus's email and CRM programs. Manages channel marketing budget and provides oversight in how internal teams and partner agencies are engaged. Works in tandem with the internal email team (Digital Manager & Analyst) and Segment Marketing Managers to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for all lines of business. These strategies could also include paid media elements, site personalization, direct mail, etc. * Channel Analysis & Optimization - Ability to present and own digital marketing plans with clear goals and rationale, as well as results of digital marketing efforts to senior management and key stakeholders. Tracks and optimizes the performance of digital marketing tactics * E-Mail & CRM Marketing Expertise and Vision - Incorporates and develops e-mail marketing best practices for Synovus campaigns. Specifically works with the internal design studio and digital teams to ensure e-mail assets meet requirements. Owns and manages the e-mail marketing practice using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and assists in progressing further integration. Develops long term strategy for CRM and email needs within Synovus. * Project & Time Management - Works in tandem with internal stakeholders, partner agencies, and direct team members to efficiently manage project deliverables and timelines.
