We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing to join our Sales Solutions Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping us drive the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns for LinkedIn Sales Solutions in North America.
Lead the business strategy and planning for digital marketing campaigns, aimed at driving sales leads for our Enterprise product and self-serve sign-ups for our Professional product, across all paid media channels, including SEM, Display, Retargeting, and Paid Social
Determine the offer and product mix across digital channels and collaborate with team members on leveraging digital to drive both direct demos/sign-ups and nurture activities (content downloads, webinar registrations)
Serve as the primary liaison between the paid media Center of Excellence and the Sales Solutions marketing team
Drive cross-functional alignment with the paid media Center of Excellence, Finance, and Business Operations to scale paid media funding and spend
Partner with the paid media Center of Excellence to achieve spend, revenue, and ROI goals through campaign optimization, expansion, and testing
Drive messaging strategy and creative development (marketing copy, landing pages, banners)
Partner with the paid media Center of Excellence on campaign performance reporting, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; develop insights and present QBRs
Partner with the marketing team to coordinate and infuse digital efforts throughout every marketing campaign and initiative
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Sales Development organizations to manage and monitor lead quality and conversion
Excellent analytical skills
Deep knowledge of performance marketing measurement, best practices, and industry trends across major digital channels
Expertise in A/B testing and landing page optimization
Experience driving Digital Marketing for subscription services via self-serve sign-ups and/or lead gen
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally - in any given day you will probably work with other marketing teams, sales, insights, analytics, business operations and more!
Strong copywriting skills
Comfort with quantitatively measuring campaign effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities. Strong Excel skills preferred.
