The Experience Design Studio is a digitally native company founded in 2017 with remote staff and hubs outside of Philadelphia and Atlanta. We are looking for a savvy Paid Media Specialist with a healthcare background, capable of digging in and supporting major Pharma and MedTech brands. The ideal candidate will be an experienced B2B and DTC marketer, and have experience launching campaigns across various platforms including Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc. You will grow exponential demand and engagement coming from paid traffic, managing strategy across channels (SEM, Social, Programmatic) and optimizing on-page conversion, while providing reporting and insight support on a regular basis for our clients.

Requirements
- Ability to dig into brands and engagements from a strategic standpoint, with ability to lay a foundation for success while seeing it through to fruition and growth, guide internal teams and clients alike.
- Design, execute, and maintain ROI-focused PPC & Paid Social campaigns, largely within the Healthcare space (Clinical Trials, Recruiting, Awareness, Conversion)
- Continually optimize PPC & Paid Social campaigns to make the most of the ad budget
- Scale existing channels and find new channels to make sure each market can reach maximum potential
- Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy and landing pages to ensure optimal campaign performance
- Fundamentally understand Google Analytics 4 and be able to turn metrics into insights and recommendations
- Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to the team
- Stay on top of the latest trends in PPC & Paid Social advertising
- Work closely with other strategists, creatives, projects managers, and developers to provide insights that help guide brands across SEO/SEM/Social campaigns, websites, email marketing communication, general interactive designs, branding campaigns and more.
- Contributing and creating presentation materials for clients to guide engagements and/or report analytics and insights.
- Collaborate with the larger agency team to build reusable documents and processes.
- Have a solid understanding of earned, paid, owned and shared media planning
- As a resourceful and resilient self-starter, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative and innovation are required
- Exceptional ability to provide insights on sets of data, content, and research.
- Comfortable participating in client and internal calls/meetings.
Additional Qualifications:
- Healthcare and pharma experience is ideal
- Minimum 5-7 years in a similar role
- Ability to convey metrics and insights in presentation and story format for client and internal decks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while juggling multiple projects and responsibilities. We’ll never overwhelm you but ask that you are able to handle multiple tasks, sometimes at once, while being able to prioritize.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing elements – websites, email, web analytics, social, SEM and SEO, and how the marketing funnel functions
- Strong client interfacing skills and ability to create easily understood and actionable presentational material
- Exceptional organizational, collaboration and communication skills
Bonus Points
- Client-side marketing experience
- Digital Marketing certifications such as Google Analytics and/or Google Ads are a nice plus
- User Experience background
- Medical background
- Experience in small nimble agencies
- Experience working on lead-gen/growth marketing initiatives is a plus
