Craft insight-driven, strategic web content and online marketing copy for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Evaluate and enhance the quality and performance of existing client content
Weigh real-time data to develop actionable content insights and strategic recommendations
Work with search experts to integrate keyword research into clear narratives that real people can relate to
Contribute to IA and UX discussions around websites, digital programs and campaigns
Collaborate with designers and developers to build wireframes for digital content
Help clients develop and manage their brand voice and tone
Develop, maintain and protect content governance plans and guidelines
Interview clients and subject matter experts to discover content insights and source material
Develop content marketing and social media calendars
Present content plans and content marketing solutions to new and prospective clients
Advocate for ever-evolving content best practices
Navigate the intersections of content, SEO and UX across multidisciplinary teams
Travel occasionally (mostly regional) to visit clients or connect with remote team members
Continue to push digital content writing forward
A captivating portfolio of digital content work, including short- and long-form web copy, video, and social media
Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills
Ability to articulate and communicate brand tone, voice and messaging
Burning desire to collaborate with some of the best minds in the business
Experience with SEO copywriting and keyword planning
Demonstrated understanding of UX writing principles and digital content best practices
Degree in communications, writing, marketing, advertising, PR, English, journalism or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience writing for brands, advertising, PR, marketing, blogs and/or social media programs
Familiarity with the MS Office Suite, including Excel
Agency experience preferred but not necessary
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO tools such as SEMRush, BrightEdge and Screaming Frog a plus
Experience with content marketing and automation programs, as well as content management systems
