What does a Sr. Digital Associate do at Rinnai?

The Sr. Digital Associate is responsible for developing and executing the digital capabilities needed to maximize Rinnai's ability to connect and drive sales with consumers, professionals, and distributors. Manage and execute digital campaigns as well as website and custom portal data, content, and processes to ensure data accuracy. Develop and implement digital governance and processes to support the launch of new products, DAM and PIM system integrations. Provide performance measures of Rinnai's digital efforts to determine opportunities for improvement.

  • This position is located at 103 International Dr. Peachtree City, GA.

What will you do?

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage PRO Portal. Responsible for everyday maintenance troubleshooting and future advancement evolution. Enhance data quality and accuracy to ensure confidence in data.

  • Manage CMS/Website. Website is based in Drupal 10 and interconnected to other systems within Rinnai's digital ecosystem. Lead the advancement of stable system connections, as well as maintenance and creation of website content from a technical perspective not creative.

  • Lead Digital Communication email campaigns.

  • Manage marketing ecosystem and tool advancement based on business needs from contributing departments, distributors, and PROs.

  • Manage digital analytics and advancement of reporting to determine ROI of campaigns, marketing tools and agency performance.

  • Lead administrator of DAM system, establish workflow processes and governance standards.

  • Valuate emerging technologies to advance and evolve digital stack capabilities and performance in coordination with Sr. Digital Manager.

  • Partner with team members and business partners to develop, execute, and measure integrated digital marketing campaigns, aligned with business goals.

  • Daily site/ system maintenance -- work with all pertinent parties to establish site stability, site changes, problem trouble shooting, escalation and resolution.

  • Ensure adherence to corporate design and messaging standards.

  • Observance of Rinnai's Ethical Standards.

  • Adherence to Rinnai's Charter, Policies, and Codes of Conduct

  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years digital operations and management experience including website/ CMS, DAM and custom portals, SEO best practices and UX best practices.

  • Must possess an understanding of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM best practices.

  • Experience with CMS tools - Drupal preferred.

  • Understanding PIM/ DAM ecosystem administration.

  • Experience with mid-level or large marketing automation platforms required such as HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot.

  • Experience using as well as troubleshooting PC platforms with required knowledge of appropriate browser and device platforms.

  • Understanding of business strategies and tactics to implement digital marketing and communication initiatives.

  • Experience in consumer durables a plus.

  • Experience managing third party vendors/agencies.

  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite: Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Strong understanding of KPIs for digital performance reporting.

  • Ability to analyze data, prepare and interpret reports, and communicate actionable results, findings, and recommendations.

  • Proven ability to proactively initiate and complete tasks.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Ability to quickly assimilate and distill complex technology.

  • Experience in driving consumer pull through via digital campaigns and maximizing response rates.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present findings and/or technically train in front of groups.
