This role will sit within Edelman's Measurement and Insights team while also working closely with the client services and strategy teams to help discover consumer insights, develop communication plans, and measure ongoing campaign impact.

Work with clients and internal teams (strategy/planning, paid, creative, account, etc) to develop measurement framework for digital, social and PR programs.
Own reporting and data management of ongoing digital, social, PR, paid activation and creative testing programs. Insights should be informative and actionable.
Anticipate client needs and proactively develop solutions to address them.
Ensure timely follow through on all scheduled and ad hoc deliverables.
Present reports, POVs and other materials to clients on a regular basis over the phone or in person.
Identify opportunities to grow existing analytics programs with current clients and participate in new business pitches.
Work with team to conduct primary and secondary research on market trends and best practices.
Contribute to Edelman's Knowledge Manager Program by creating and sharing case studies, POVs and industry event recaps. Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes.
3 -5 years of experience in online media/digital advertising analytics, research or similar fields.
Experience measuring display, mobile, PR and social campaigns.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-starter with strong quantitative and qualitative background.
Proven ability to own projects from inception to completion (i.e., data collection, analysis, interpretation and insight generation).
Ability to clearly explain analytics concepts to multiple audiences both verbally and in writing.
Ability to manage and prioritize a number of concurrent tasks.
Ability to work well with others and work in cross functional teams.
Ability to identify/clarify campaign objectives and lead the development of KPIs that address these objectives.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience / familiarity with ad-serving and web analytics tools (e.g., Google DFA, Atlas, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc) is a plus.
Experience / familiarity with social listening/analytics tools (e.g., Radian 6, Crimson Hexagon, Sysomos, Simply Measured, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with web and mobile tracking technology is a plus.
Bachelor degree in business/marketing, mathematics, statistics, economics or finance is a plus.
