This role will sit within Edelman's Measurement and Insights team while also working closely with the client services and strategy teams to help discover consumer insights, develop communication plans, and measure ongoing campaign impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with clients and internal teams (strategy/planning, paid, creative, account, etc) to develop measurement framework for digital, social and PR programs.

  • Own reporting and data management of ongoing digital, social, PR, paid activation and creative testing programs. Insights should be informative and actionable.

  • Anticipate client needs and proactively develop solutions to address them.

  • Ensure timely follow through on all scheduled and ad hoc deliverables.

  • Present reports, POVs and other materials to clients on a regular basis over the phone or in person.

  • Identify opportunities to grow existing analytics programs with current clients and participate in new business pitches.

  • Work with team to conduct primary and secondary research on market trends and best practices.

  • Contribute to Edelman's Knowledge Manager Program by creating and sharing case studies, POVs and industry event recaps. Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 -5 years of experience in online media/digital advertising analytics, research or similar fields.

  • Experience measuring display, mobile, PR and social campaigns.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-starter with strong quantitative and qualitative background.

  • Proven ability to own projects from inception to completion (i.e., data collection, analysis, interpretation and insight generation).

  • Ability to clearly explain analytics concepts to multiple audiences both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize a number of concurrent tasks.

  • Ability to work well with others and work in cross functional teams.

  • Ability to identify/clarify campaign objectives and lead the development of KPIs that address these objectives.

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Experience / familiarity with ad-serving and web analytics tools (e.g., Google DFA, Atlas, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc) is a plus.

  • Experience / familiarity with social listening/analytics tools (e.g., Radian 6, Crimson Hexagon, Sysomos, Simply Measured, etc.) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with web and mobile tracking technology is a plus.

  • Bachelor degree in business/marketing, mathematics, statistics, economics or finance is a plus.

Common goals, uncommon potential First Republic Bank's Student Loan Refinance (SLR) loan is designed for professionals who can benefit from refinancing their outstanding loans into one simple monthly payment.The Senior Digital Product Manager – SLR is responsible for conception, delivery, maintenance and evolution of the digital SLR experience. This individual will work closely with Eagle Lending, other lines of business, and cross-functional teams within First Republic for end-to-end delivery of new functionality across multiple digital platforms (desktop, mobile, etc.). This role will involve a combination of working on digital strategy and new product initiatives, day-to-day support activities, engagement with bankers and clients and project related activities. While strategic thinking and coordination are important elements of this role, this individual will be required to take an active role leading and directly contributing to requirements, design, testing, deliverable preparation and other activities related to project delivery. What you'll do as a Senior Digital Product Manager: * Manage all aspects of the product life-cycle, including strategy, business vision, roadmap generation, user story creation, backlog grooming, sprint planning and release management. * Develop deep understanding of clients' use of digital tools to manage their SLR loans. Actively engage with clients, Eagle Lending, and other lines of business to understand "voice of the customer." * Participate in the capital planning process by defining the business case and budget requirements. Champion the product vision and roadmap to secure project funding. * Keep apprised of industry trends and shifts in the competitive landscape. Incorporate relevant products within our digital ecosystem starting with pilots/proof of concepts to launching them into production. * Monitor product utilization and performance. Recommend changes, enhancements or elimination of products, features, and/or services. * Understand the regulatory, legal and security context to maintain compliance and manage risk. * Lead of cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality products. Oversee IS and QA partners. Conduct user acceptance testing. * Optimize the services of our partner vendors by effectively managing the relationships and their deliverables. * Define and analyze metrics that provide insight into the success of the digital delivery and utilize these metrics effectively for key product decisions * Perform activities specific to Digital Channels' functions as assigned by supervisor. * Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering to and complying with the applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.) 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting suspicious activity to the AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.
