Join one of the most prominent and established auditing companies in the world. This company has been around since 1987 and has continued to grow each year. They provide a service on three different platforms such as Auditing, Financial Advisory and Taxes. They have offices all over the world and currently have over 200,000 employees and looking to expand their services even further. Right now, one of their offices located in Montville New Jersey needs to implement a DevOps environment from the ground up. They are mainly a windows shop, but are making plans to move towards an AWS environment. They really need this Senior DevOps Engineer to come in and hit the ground running.
Required Skills & Experience

3 years of experience working in DevOps
Must have a Masters degree in computer science
2 years working in a Windows Environment
Experience implementing Configuration Management tools such as puppet
Must have 2 years of experience building out CI/CD pipelines
What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown
30% setting up their deployment system
50% Implementing Configuration Management tools
20% Building out CI/CD pipelines
The Offer

Competitive Pay: Up to $85/hour, DOE
Contract Duration: 6 12 Months

Collaborates with design engineers, the Sr. Designer shall interpret industry design and drafting standards, military specifications and company internal procedures. Minimum Required Qualifications: * Associates degree or extensive CAD and design experience. * 10+ years' experience working as a mechanical designer * Experience with PTC Technology: Creo 4.0 and Pro/Intralink 11.0 at a minimum * Experience in mechanical design, material properties, fits and finishes, geometric tolerancing (GD&T) is required * Strong PRO-E CAD solid modeling experience and understanding of mechanical design principle * Demonstrated strong knowledge of separating operations such as turning, milling, drilling, boring and tapping metallic and polymer materials * Working knowledge of fluid components, including sealing element designs, rotating and axial motion mechanisms, gears, bearings and other mechanical elements * Must be knowledgeable in the practical application of Geometric tolerances (GTOL) * Strong verbal/written communication skills required for multi-faceted interactions with all levels of personnel within the organization * Highly computer literate, with MS Office/PC expertise, and demonstrated experience with applicable systems, programs, equipment, etc. * Must be able to obtain/maintain a security clearance (This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance) Essential or Primary / Key Responsibilities: * Conceptualize and design intelligent 3D parametric models of parts and assemblies incorporating inter-part and assembly relations to capture design intent, with limited input/supervision * Establish datums and dimensional schemes facilitating ease of manufacture and following good manufacturing concepts * Prepare detailed 3D design layouts of complex parts and assemblies, including fits, finishes, tolerances and materials selection, as requested by the project engineer * Prepare simple design layouts of parts and assemblies, including fits and tolerances as requested by the project engineer or higher level designers * Prepare detailed manufacturing documentation of parts and assemblies in accordance with all company and industry standards, including a thorough tolerance stack-up to prove out design intent for fit and functio * Support the creation of a standard library of parts and features for re-use later to support the department's needs * Effectively interpret industry design and drafting standards, military specifications and company internal procedures * Participate in selected PDR and CDR reviews to help present design parameters * Perform basic trigonometry and solid geometry calculations * Detail-check assemblies and drawings to company standards, including redraws * Perform limited analysis, including, stress for wall thickness, bolt sizing, seat loading, and preliminary weight calculations as requested by the project engineer. * Prepare fully annotated drawings of parts and assemblies from 3D Assembly models * Responsible for utilizing existing Marotta hardware for new designs/redesigns. This would include detail searches using Marotta's business system and custom software * Own projects from concept through production in an integrated and product development professional team environment * Analyze designs and determine opportunities for design improvements * Work with engineers to develop and evaluate the feasibility of designs * Analyze and apply tolerances on parts in a way that satisfies the design needs while satisfying manufacturing and inspection.(GD&T certificates preferred) * Create as-built drawing package with a high level of efficiency * Perform engineering calculations, tolerance stack-ups, and determines the proper fits of moving and stationary parts Additional Duties / Responsibilities: * Supervises designers of lower level, when necessary * Conduct research as needed * Bring initiatives and activities to closure in a timely manner through effective interaction with individuals, both internal and external to the Marotta organization (as required) * Abide by all safety, quality, housekeeping and company policies/procedures to ensure compliance to all regulatory and internal system requirements. * Foster to a positive and cooperative work environment through effective communication at all levels internal and external to the organization * Actively participate in team meetings, improvement initiatives/programs, etc. and support actions to drive company initiatives/goals * Assist in the training of personnel to perform required technical tasks (as directed) * Consistently demonstrate commitment to company values * Keep management informed of area activities and of any significant problems * Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned * Ensure that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained * Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required Work Environment: * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to conditions typical of a manufacturing/machine shop environment, including, but not limited to: fluids, fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, noise and vibration * This job interacts both in a professional office environment and a manufacturing/machine shop environment.
