Located in San Diego, our client is a marketing agency that specializes in catering to their clients' requests, ranging from mobile marketing to media management and buying. With a proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns, they are looking to grow their Software Development Department by adding a DevOps Engineer to assist in deploying and supporting their cloud infrastructure and data applications. Their ideal candidate will have AWS Infrastructure experience along with experience supporting the Hadoop ecosystem.

Responsibilities: - Implement the system along with other system engineers by leveraging technology assets - Define products and services in SIGINT, RADAR, and communication applications utilizing signal processing techniques, such as MIMO, space time adaptive processing, and other interference mitigation approaches - Build system solutions to solve a wide range of radar and communication problems - Work with interdisciplinary teams including Systems, Software, RF circuits, hardware engineers, and others.Requirements <li>5+ years applied signal processing experience using MATLAB or analogous modeling tools.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in random signal processes, communication theory and spectral analysis</li><li>Strong analytic/mathematics background with experience in system modeling, simulation, analysis and Simulink HDL coder implementation</li><li>Proven ability to develop, characterize, and provide technical implementation oversight for signal processing solutions in communications and/or radar systems</li><li>Solid communication skills - both verbal and written. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): * Participate in the design, architecture and implementation of systems, software, networks and services required to operate NTENT platform. * Work in close collaboration with software development teams to build scalable and efficient services. * Identify and remedy operational inefficiencies through automation. * Troubleshoot and assist with deployment related issues and incident response on live systems. * Remain at the forefront of latest Build/Release tooling technologies and systems to manage software releases into production. * Lead development of solutions to complex operational and reliability challenges and proactive detection of system failures and scalability issues in production. Skills and Qualifications: * 3+ years working in System Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar capacity preferably managing SaaS environments. * 3+ years of experience working with Linux systems, familiar with Linux fundamentals including network protocols. (Windows experience is a plus) * Experience with programming and/or scripting languages (Python, Ruby, Bash, Go, Java, PowerShell) * Experience with container technologies Docker, Kubernetes required * Experience with Hadoop strongly desired * Systems configuration management experience with automation tools such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible, and Terraform (Puppet and Terraform preferred). * Experience building automation tools and managing Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines (Gitlab, Jenkins, TeamCity). * Experience with Monitoring, Metrics and Central logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana, etc.) * Understanding of source control systems (Git, HG). * Demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and with high quality. * Strong communication skill and ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and be able to work independently.
